We are confident in the power of Therawolf. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your product within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@therawolf.com. Our representatives will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address of our processing facility.

Refund Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can send a replacement jar at no additional cost to you.
